Registration opens at 10:00 am and will remain open until 6:00PM. Games will be played solo and throughout the day until 7:00 pm.

This is a No-Build Solos leaderboard tournament. The player with the highest number of kills wins at the end of the day. There will also be prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th place players. Each participant will be granted three rounds to play. The number of kills earned over all three rounds will be added to form your final score. In a tie, the player with the average best standing across all three rounds will win. In the event of a further tie, a final round will be played by each player at 7:15 pm, with the winner being the one who gets the most kills in that round.

At the beginning of each round, a member of the GigaZone Gaming Championship staff (GZG staff) will punch your entry card. You then have the round to score as many kills as you can. When the round ends, either by your elimination or Victory Royale, raise your hand to summon one of our GZG staff. They will record your score and position and either lead you from the participation area or give you the go-ahead to start your next round. A member of the GZG staff must record your score at the end of each round. If you are witnessed skipping a round or starting a new round without notifying a member of the GZG staff, you could be disqualified.

Fortnite accounts will be provided for each participant. Each player is responsible for ensuring that their keys are set before each round begins, as they will not be able to restart a round. Any attempt to do so will result in an end to that round and a kill count of 0.

All rounds must be played on the equipment provided. 3rd party keyboards and mice may be used, provided they don’t require the installation of 3rd party drivers. They must be “plug and play.” Participants must play on the server set by GZG staff. Please be aware that this is a public event. Any excessive cursing or abusive language can be punishable by disqualification from the tournament. Due to the ESRB rating scale, this tournament is limited to participants aged 13 years or older.

Platform

You can choose to play on PS5, Xbox Series S, and PC.

Controlls

Control bindings may be altered before play. Before playing, the participant should make sure to set the key bindings according to their preferences, as it is their responsibility to do so. Game servers will be set to US East and are not to be changed. If a player is found changing the server settings, they will be disqualified.
